Launch Resolutions Dashboard📋 Overview
This module automates director minutes and resolutions compliance workflows. You can generate formal, legally binding Director's Resolutions and statements for three essential corporate decisions: Franked Dividends, SMSF Concessional Contributions, and Division 7A Loans.
⚙️ Generate a Resolution
- Click New Resolution in the Resolutions dashboard.
- Choose the Resolution Type: Franked Dividend, SMSF Contribution, or Division 7A Loan.
- Select the financial year, date, time, and company signing profiles.
- Input the recipient details (Shareholder, Member/Employee, or Borrower) and amount details.
- Click Save Resolution. Review the draft, then click Print or Save as PDF.

| SMSF Contribution | Resolution Type | Concessional super contribution minutes and an Employer Concessional Contribution Statement detailing the payment date, fund name, and concessional cap reporting notice. |
| Division 7A Loan | Resolution Type | Director minutes resolving to advance a Division 7A compliant loan to a shareholder/associate, and a Division 7A Loan Statement showing the principal, term, and ATO benchmark interest rate. |

This compliance engine turns the theoretical models built in PSI Extraction Scenarios and the Division 7A Loan Calculator into formal, legally binding documents. It reads your corporate details from the Business Entity Setup to ensure all PDFs carry the correct legal names, ACN markings, and signing profiles.
